Following the recent update to the purchasing card procedure, new resources have been developed to support cardholders and approvers. A staff resource pack and FAQs are available on the purchasing card webpage, bringing together key guidance on appropriate use and practical tips to help streamline purchasing and reconciliation. Developed in response to real queries and issues identified through day-to-day staff purchasing card use, the resources are designed to make things clearer and easier for users.

Staff are encouraged to continue to refer to the purchasing card webpage for the most up-to-date advice and information. Updated purchasing card training is currently in development and will be available soon.
