What started in 2018 as the transformation for Planning & Analytical Services, has now ramped up more than we first thought it would. Not only have we continued our Agile journey, but we have also started to transform the way we deliver data and information.

The formation of ‘PAS Partnerships’ with our key university stakeholders, to better understand and meet their needs, has been well received. We hope to develop these relationships further as we roll out PAS Partnership to all our major stakeholders.

The implementation of Azure to meet the growing data needs of the University is also progressing, with the first load of test data being analysed as you read this. By the end of our transformation journey, we anticipate data and information will be fast and easy to access and use, with visualisations and reports being delivered in Power BI and other related Microsoft products.
