The Flinders Library Document Delivery Service:
- fills 95% of all staff and postgraduate student requests for items not held in the Flinders University Library
- can place an order with a supplier within 3.1 hours, on average
- usually has a request ordered, received and forwarded to the requester within 2.9 days, on average (this includes international delivery)
- fills 75% of supply requests from other libraries with a supply turnaround time of .7 days from receipt of request to shipping.
