We have installed some USB detection software on all the student PCs in the Library. When a student clicks on “log off” and still has a USB plugged in, the PC will make a short, loud beep and a message appears on the screen “Don’t forget your USB drive.” Hopefully this will reduce the incidence of lost USBs.
