Flinders University Library is delighted to announce the publication of the University’s first open textbook: “Building Your Career: A Guide for Students” written by Associate Professor Michelle Gander, Dean, People and Resources (College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences).

This book is published by Flinders University as part of the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) Open Educational Resources (OER) Collective. This initiative facilitates the creation of high quality textbooks that are available openly at no cost to our students and to readers worldwide. Supporting the creation and use of openly available textbooks is one way the library is helping to lessen the financial costs of studying at university.
