Flinders Rural and Remote Health SA attended the South East Field Days at Lucindale on March 17 & 18.

Other universities attending were the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia, as well as private schools from around Adelaide also among the 500 exhibitors.

GGT MDRS students attended both days, enjoyed engaging with visitors and interacted with some, showing them how to take blood pressure, listen to their heart, and test knee reflexes.

Engagements with visitors to the stall were meaningful and covered all areas of studying at Flinders from courses, to scholarships, and Flinders living. The team trialed a tracking questionnaire via QR code to determine rural area and study area of interest.

The RRHSA team really appreciated the knowledge and support from student recruitment pathways team member Travis whose knowledge and networks were invaluable.
