Vote Now for the People’s Choice Award! National Student Volunteer Week

To everyone who shared their volunteering stories and to those who nominated for the Flinders National Student Volunteer Week People’s Choice Award – thank you.

It was inspiring and humbling to read all of your stories and to see the valuable contribution each of you are making to your communities.

With so many outstanding entries, the selection panel had the difficult task of selecting only three finalists for the Award. The students selected as finalists each shared an inspiring enthusiasm and motivation for their volunteering.

Congratulations to the following three students who have been selected as our People’s Choice Award finalists:

• Cassie Hoepner
• Belinda Wilson

Voting is now open for the People’s Choice Award. You can read each of our finalists’ stories here and vote for the volunteer story you find most inspirational.

The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced at the National Student Volunteer Morning Tea on Wednesday 14 August.

Every student’s volunteering efforts will also be acknowledged at the Morning Tea with an official National Student Volunteering Week certificate.
