Join us in this half-day session on Tuesday 17 May to learn how you can study a Higher Degree by Research – whether that be a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Masters by Research or Professional Doctorate. There are many pathways to becoming an expert in your field and making a difference with research that matters.

A higher degree by research can take you across the world to create new knowledge, become a better thinker and tackle some of our toughest problems. The top 3 skills needed to do a PhD are skills employers want too: communication; research; and interpersonal.

Our specialist academic supervisors and expert staff members from the Office of Graduate Research will share information on scholarships, pathways, and eligibility. You’ll hear from current and past graduate researchers about their experiences, and you’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about your own future and what research degree best suits your needs.
