Wireless network unavailability on 3 May

All Flinders University wireless network access will be unavailable for three hours from 10am until 1pm on Saturday, 3 May.

What does this mean for you?

You will not be able to use the Flinders University, Guest, or Eduroam wireless networks during this time across University sites, including the Library.

This is the next major step towards greater wireless coverage across sites. For more information on the project, visit the Connecting Flinders website.

Following this outage, you will be required to re-connect to the wireless network and will be prompted to accept a new security certificate to enable this service on your mobile device. This is a one-off acceptance.

Please note that all wireless networks will be unavailable. This includes:

  • Eduroam;
  • Flinders; and
  • Guest.

If you have any IT queries or require further information please contact your Service Delivery Manager.
