
Commonwealth Games weight-lifting reserve, Frank Elliott, is sharing his expert tips and techniques with staff and students to help them get the most out of their weight training and ‘develop their lift’.
The session will take place in the Strength and Conditioning Room of the Flinders gym on 28 February from 6.00pm-7.00pm.
Frank’s ‘Personal Bests’ include:
Snatch: 131kg
Clean and Jerk: 170kg
Total: 287kg
Sinclair: 359kg
Back Squat: 265kg at 75kg body weight
