The Flinders University Travel Roadshows were held in mid-October and hosted over 150 staff interested in learning more about staff travel – with an impressive 18 of these walking away with fantastic prizes including accommodation, car hire and restaurant vouchers.
Representatives from Phil Hoffmann, Business Travel by STA and Gallagher Insurance discussed the benefits of booking through a University-preferred provider, the value of travel insurance, and the advantages of the University’s new online booking tool, Serko (accessed through Service One.)
Travel industry suppliers from airlines, hotels and car hire companies attended and spoke with staff about their services. Attendees were treated to goodies in travel show bags and had the opportunity to participate in Travel Bingo, going into the draw to win fantastic prizes from Flinders’ travel partners.
The roadshow team congratulates all winners and looks forward to sharing travel information, benefits and more great prizes at next year’s event.
