Work has commenced on upgrade works to the lift in the Earth Sciences Building, with alternative access options available until completion of the work, which is scheduled to continue into February 2019.

Alternative access to the building

• Level 1 – via Physical Sciences level 3 link bridge, adjacent room 3122, or via the loading area on Physical Sciences Road
• Level 2 – via the main building entrance, western side, adjacent rooms 201 and 202
• Level 3  – via IST level 2 link bridge, adjacent room 217

Where possible, disruption will be minimised, however there will be some intermittent noise associated with this project.

Other upgrades

Work is also underway on the lift in the Law and Commerce building, and an upgrade is scheduled for the Student Services building in coming months.
