A power outage is planned for Sturt campus from 7am until late afternoon this Saturday, 9 February 2019.

Buildings to be affected include:

• Sturt West
• Sturt Gym
• Sturt Library
• Part of Sturt South
• The Australian Science & Mathematics School (ASMS)

These buildings will not be accessible during this time. Staff located in these areas are asked to please ensure computers and electrical equipment are switched off before they leave for the week, and empty perishable items from fridges. Please use the Hub as an alternative location over the duration of the outage.

The outage will enable ASMS to replace failing electrical equipment, which also impacts the reliability of the University’s power supply. Flinders thanks staff for their understanding as ASMS undertakes this important work.
