Mindfulness for Academic Success is back in 2025, offering free, practical, and evidence-based sessions to help you focus, reduce stress, and build resilience.
And for the first time, we’re running dedicated sessions at the City Campus – making it easier than ever to join in if you’re based in the CBD.
Prefer to attend at Bedford Park? We’ve got you covered there too, with groups running at key times for specific cohorts – however everyone is welcome.
This is more than just sitting still – you’ll learn practical tools you can use every day to improve focus, manage stress, and support your mental wellbeing.
