Fact Sheets: Mindfulness in everyday life and quick relaxation techniques

Fact Sheet

The Black Dog Institute is an Australian organisation dedicated to improving the understanding, prevention and treatment of mental illness.

Their website is mostly targeted towards mental health professionals, but they do provide a few good resources for the general public.

Two of their Fact sheets caught my eye and are worth sharing.

The first is about mindfulness techniques you can use in your everyday life, like mindful eating and mindful walking.

The second lists six quick relaxation techniques you can try to bring your stress levels down (you’ll have to ignore prescriber stuff on the second page).
