I frequently underestimate how long it will take me to do various activities. In fact, I thought making this infographic would only take me 1/2 hour. 90 minutes has now passed.

We notice the same tendency in students. In fact, many present to counselling, distressed about their workload, and once we break down their day, we realise they have unrealistic expectations of what can be done in the average week.

In this infographic, we break down the basic time load for a full-time student.

Use this as a basis for developing a weekly and daily schedule that will keep you busy, but also with time to relax and recharge.
