Upcoming tree removal in car park 14

Overview: Details on some tree removals in car park 14, that has implications for two access parks. Reading time ~ 2 minutes.

A note from Property, Facilities and Development, via the Disability Services Team……..

A quick note to let you know that contractors will be removing woody weeds (olives, pine trees and other invasive species) on the upper level of car park 14 on Saturday 4 June.

At this stage, we expect that works will start at 8am and continue until mid-late afternoon. Please see the map below for the work area.

The contractors will be working on an elevated work platform and will need to block off the car parks either side of the affected spaces. Please note that this includes two access parks – there are alternative access parking options in car parks 18 and 13, and behind the eastern side of the Sturt East building.

Please be aware that this work will generate noise and debris in the vicinity. We ask that you please take care if moving through the space on the day and follow any signage or directions.

Cameron Scharnberg is the key contact for this work and can be contacted via email with any queries. Please share this information with your colleagues and contacts as required.
