Just a quick post to let you know that Mindful Yoga is back for the end Semester 2, kicking off on the 11th October.
In fact, Maureen was telling me about it this morning.
Mindful Yoga typically runs on Tuesdays from 12-1 at the Oasis Community Centre (J7 on the campus map). It is a great location, as you can see from the photo.
It is a gentle, relaxing form of yoga. Perfect way to take a break between lectures or from study.
