Sometimes the simplest changes are the most sensible ones.
I wrote previously that in S2 of 2025, we had 8 students on placement with BetterU creating content.
In addition to creating content, these students also contributed suggestions for how to improve BetterU, including awareness and ease of access to BetterU.
One of the students Jinbo made the simple yet powerful observation that BetterU wasn’t present in Okta, the jumping off point for many students in accessing the various sites and apps they need to study.
So with the help of IDS, we got BetterU included as a tile for all students on Okta.
So next time you are logged in, you will see (hopefully) this tile.

Clicking that tile takes you to the BetterU website. Not earth-shattering I realise, but a simple convenience.
So now you don’t need to remember the address or bookmark it in your browser.
