SoConnect program for people with a disability that impacts cognitive functioning

Howdy!

Got sent this by my Disability Advisor colleagues.

It is the details of a program aimed at increasing the connections to mainstream support services and the broader community for people with a disability that impacts cognitive functioning. This includes acquired brain injuries, mild intellectual disability, learning disability, as well as mental health conditions like depression or anxiety.

SoConnect is 10-week group program with sessions of 2-4 hours each that focus on helping you connect to service providers that can help you achieve your education and employment goals.

It is run by Brain Injury SA. You can contact them for more details about the program – 08 8217 7600 or email info@braininjurysa.org.au

See the flyer for more information.
