Last Mindful Yoga Class for Semester 1 is a special one

Counsellor Maureen runs the Mindful Yoga classes on Tuesdays during term time.

The final session for this semester is happening on the 18th June from 12.00pm to 1.00pm at OASIS (J7 on the campus map) and Maureen plans on making it a unique one.

She’ll be offering a full Yoga Nidra protocol  – a powerful 35-minute guided relaxation practice as part of the last mindful yoga class for the term.

For anyone wanting to learn a deep form of relaxation that has been used to help university students manage stress, and a range of other situations, this is a great opportunity.

No worries if you haven’t attended a Mindful Yoga session before. Just rock up. Mats provided. No need for any special yoga clothes, although I recommend against a full suit of armour.

Just the right kind of skill to learn as we head into the exam period.
