Here at Health, Counselling and Disability Services you can get appointments with GPs, nurses, counsellors and disability advisors.

Whilst we do all we can to ensure a high-quality service is provided, it is important that students are able to provide feedback on the services we provide, so we can continue to improve our offerings.

So starting today, you can give us feedback about your GP, nurse, counsellor or disability advisor appointment.

Feedback includes:

• overall experience
• responsiveness
• most helpful aspects
• least helpful aspects
• what could be improved
• issues resolved or managed
• would you recommend us to a fellow student

You’ll need to use your FAN and password to access the survey (cause we started getting spam) but you can remain anonymous in filling it out.

However, if you want someone to contact you in relation to your feedback, you can leave a name and email address and one of our team will contact you.
