Upcoming Intervarsity Sports Carnival has inclusive sports options for students with disability

The upcoming Intervarsity Sports Carnival has events designed for students with disability to participate in. Whilst participation will depend on your particular disability, the organisers (Flinders University Sports and Fitness) reckon they have something which should suit everyone at some point.

In particular, Tuesday 21st September has an inclusive sport event which will have a range of sports available in a social setup for students to participate in – these will be set up in an inclusive, and disability friendly environment. Inclusive, it should be noted aims to cater for all groups of students to participate together, not just students with disabilities. Wheelchair 👩‍🦽Football (AFL) has been arranged for this day also, and is open to all students – but especially those who are regular wheelchair users.

The formal spiel is included below.
