Sarah from Oasis student community centre just let me know about a ‘Carers catch up’ group that is starting on the 2nd August and will run every Tuesday for Semester 2.
It is a collaboration between FUSA (Mature Age Officer and Welfare Officer) and Oasis.
It is for students who have caring responsibilities – a chance to meet with others in similar situations. Maybe you care for a partner or a parent or family member.
The catch-ups are being led by Deb from Oasis and Jason from FUSA.
The catch-ups are being held at Oasis Community Centre (J7 on the campus map).
They run from 10.30am to 11.30am on Tuesdays. Kicks off next week (2nd August).
