Dress in purple to celebrate Wear it Purple Day!
Wear It Purple Day is all about celebrating and supporting young LGBTQIA+ people, and challenging societal attitudes to help shape a better world for us all to live in.

- Welcome to Country from Uncle Lewis, Flinders Elder in Residence
- A special performance from superstar queer poet Chris Jaksa, and
- A panel discussion exploring avenues to create safe universities for LGBTQIA+ young people
The Event will be live streamed to watch online and on the Bedford Park big screen.
Staff and students at our Victoria Square campus are also welcomed to join together for a catered morning tea to watch the event livestream.
