I can’t believe that I haven’t featured this on the blog yet!
As part of our self-help library, Maureen (one of the counsellors and qualified yoga teacher) put together some brief guides on how to use yoga for different purposes: calm, energise, restful sleep.
We ended up bundling them together into the Mindful Yoga Mega Guide, which is our starting point for a mind-body guide to good mental health.
We’ve got some print versions of these guides outside Reception at Health, Counselling and Disability Services.
