The Panic Room – Support Groups

digital referral

Kate from the Panic Room wanted me to let you know about the support group service that they run.

They run regular confidential forums for adults (18+) who want to connect with others experiencing anxiety, and discuss valuable anxiety management strategies, build their support network and reinforce their own efforts to overcome anxiety.

There are three groups that you can join:

Modbury: Every Monday, 10.30am to 12.15pm @Tea Tree Gully Library Community Learning Centre

Online: Every Monday, 7pm to 8.30pm  on Skype

Torrensville: Every Tuesday, 6.30pm to 8.30pm @ Thebarton Community Centre

The cost is $15 per person, although you can bring a support person free of charge for your 5 first sessions, which might make it easier to attend.

You will need to book by calling Kate on 0410 521 633.
