I sleep well.
I sleep really well actually. Have never really struggled with sleep.
If those sentences piss you off, it might be cause you aren’t as lucky as I am in terms of sleep.

Turns out some enterprising Flinders University researchers (I’m looking at you Leon Lack) have worked out that wearing a ring like device that regularly wakes you up, can actually help you sleep better. I’ll trust them on this one, cause if someone regularly tries to wake me up during the night i’ll punch them in the face.
