Book some Shut Up and Study sessions into your end of academic year schedule

With the end of the academic year rapidly approaching (exams coming, assignments due), you might be looking to lock in plenty of study/work time.

In developing some good study habits and allocating enough time to study, consider joining one (or more) of the Shut Up and Study virtual study groups happening during the week.

From the 5th October, there will be FOUR Shut Up and Study sessions each week. Mondays (10am to 11.30am), Tuesdays (1pm to 3.30pm), Thursdays (2pm to 3.30pm) and Fridays (11am to 1.30pm).

The Monday and Thursday sessions are shorter and more social (we have a chat at the beginning and end of the session).

The Tuesday and Friday sessions are longer but you can come and go as you please, and there is minimal interaction.

Pick which format you like better and book a couple in. All it takes is clicking a Collaborate room link (see below).

Shut Up and Study Sessions are a simple way to encourage you to allocate the necessary time to assignment and exam preparation as the year comes to a close.

I’m using these sessions to ensure I am allocating the necessary time to build my new FLO topic (Healthy, Habits Hub).

Students, post-grads and staff all welcome 😊

All the dates/times and Collaborate room links can be found in this shared document – https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Q0BzMAIysnn2hZJcaZli0pjwcvOH-4FXCRWRkmdxolw/edit?usp=sharing

See you there! 💻
