The only time you will see me running is the apocalypse. You on the other hand, could do it recreationally! Flinders Sports and Fitness are your peeps.


Do you run, but want to do it better, faster or more efficiently?

Do you want to run – but have no idea where or how to begin?

Come along on Tuesdays, meeting at the pavilion (top oval) from 6am – 7.15am

For anyone wishing to run 5km, 10km or 21km – complete beginners are welcome!

The amazing Chris Rawling will be running these free sessions… As a former professional athlete, he represented Australia in the sport of Olympic distance triathlon. Chris has also worked in the fitness industry for over 8 years and during that time has been lucky enough to work with a wide range of population groups to help them reach the health and physical fitness goals.
