Flinders researchers are testing a new app designed to support young people’s mental health, especially around body image concerns.
If you’re 14–25, based in Australia, and sometimes worry about how you look, you can take part in this study and help shape tools that could make a real difference for others.
What’s involved?
-
A short screening survey (5 mins)
-
A couple of short online questionnaires (10–15 mins each)
-
One week of trying a short mental health activity in the app (20–30 mins total)
-
Two follow-up questionnaires (1 week and 1 month later)
As a thank you gift: You’ll receive a $20 gift voucher once you complete the final questionnaire.
Why take part?
You’ll be helping Flinders researchers test simple, digital tools that could improve support for young people’s mental health. You might even learn something helpful about your own mental health in the process.
📱 All you need is a smartphone or tablet.
