R U OK? Day

Many of us battle with our own internal struggles which is why asking a friend, family member or colleague, β€˜are you ok?’ is so important.

A conversation could change a life, so join us on Thursday 14 September for a R U Ok? Day morning tea from 10am-11:30am on the ground floor of the Student Hub.

All staff and students are welcome and encouraged to attend, there will be guest speakers and catering provided (please RSVP to help us with numbers). If you will be joining the conversation from afar, please join us online here πŸ’»

Date: Thursday 14 September 2023

Time: 10am-11.30am

Location: Ground Floor, Student Hub and online

RSVP: via Eventbrite for in person attendance.

We hope to see you there and remember support is always available to you whether it’s starting a conversation ruok.org.au, or by reaching out to the wide range of support services available at Flinders.

This event has been funded by the Wellbeing and Campus Activation initiative.

What – did I hear you say you wanted a flier with a cupcake on it?
