Mindfulness for Academic Success sessions will continue for the next two weeks at Oasis and they are open to all students to drop in!
Tuesday 19th 10-11am – we’ll be covering MOTIVATION – how to get it and how to keep it!
Tuesday 25th 10-11am – we’ll be focusing on PROCRASTINATION – how to procrastinate procrastinating ! (and more!)
We will be practicing some experiential mindfulness exercises and talking about our favourite strategies!
