Rethink the End Of Year Rush – Medibank Wellbeing Presentation

Medibank provide health coverage to many international students. But that isn’t all they do. They also run seminars of topics of interest to anyone trying to work at their best.

It’s with much excitement that I Medibank share their upcoming event with Emily Toner, Rethink the End Of Year Rush. Emily has previously run their most successful event of 2023, AM I OK? And she’s returning to calm the nerves and settle us into run home to Christmas.

Why Rethink the End Of Year Rush? We know that Christmas becomes an imaginary deadline for work to be done. This year there are some added external pressures, with the cost of living and inflation continuing to rise that can and will make the run home to Christmas a little more stressful as people consider trade-offs and where, when and how they invest their time and money. In this session Emily will guide our audience through a value finding session, have them prioritise these values and align them to their goals for the next month. Emily will then talk the you through the findings before running an ideal self-exercise and finish with a Q&A.
