Hey everyone!

Get ready to hit pause, refresh, and invest in your wellbeing – Flinders University’s bi-annual Wellbeing Week is officially here! From 5th to 9th of May, across different campuses, a fantastic array of events and activities are planned across campus to support your mental, physical, and social health.

This year’s Wellbeing Week offers something for everyone. If you’re looking to de-stress and find inner peace, you can participate in mindfulness and meditation sessions, or unwind at the library. For those wanting to get active and boost their energy, there are various fitness classes, wellbeing walks, and even come-and-try sports. Creative expression is also encouraged, with opportunities like craft stalls and beading sessions. If you’re interested in connecting with others and building community, look out for social gatherings, conversation groups, and events like “Dogs in the Library” (yes, you read correctly). Finally, you can enhance your overall wellbeing by attending informative workshops, wellness check-ups, and events focused on gratitude and positivity.
