Mindfulness for Academic Success is an evidence-based wellbeing program designed for university students, that has been at Flinders since 2018. Student attendance and feedback over the past couple of years has been excellent, and in 2020 we will be running the program twice per semester.
Tentative dates for 2020 have been announced.
Mindfulness for Academic Success will be run 4 times in 2020.
Wednesdays 11, 18, 25 March & 1, 8 April: 9:30am-10:30am
Wednesdays 6, 13,20,27 May & 3 June 3-4pm
Wednesdays 5,12,19,26th August & 2nd Sept 9:30-10:30am
Wednesdays 7,14,21,28 Oct & 4 Nov 3-4pm
