Taking expressions of interest for a Be Well Plan running in September

Update 17/9/21: Additional dates and formats announced for being able to do the Be Well Plan before 2021 finishes. Register here: https://qualtrics.flinders.edu.au/jfe/form/SV_cSheSbetc7AMw0C

The Be Well Plan is a 5 x 2-hour interactive series of workshops (face-to-face or online) in which we will teach you how to build a tailored wellbeing and resilience plan that you can use at any stage of life to get yourself back on track, cope with difficult times, or simply enhance your mental health and wellbeing.

You can learn a bit more at this post – https://blogs.flinders.edu.au/student-health-and-well-being/2021/06/12/opportunity-to-do-the-be-well-program/

I’m currently halfway through delivering the current ones, but we are planning for another on in September – timed well to give your mental health and habits a boost heading into exam/assignment season.

If you are interested, just email me: gareth.furber@flinders.edu.au with the subject heading “Be Well Plan” and your student number and FAN. I’ll add you to a list we’re keeping and be in contact later in August to announce dates and times.

Out in the community this program would cost $200+. But it is free for students because we have certified trainers here at Flinders 😊
