And the new ones are a different format (6 hour mega workshop + use of app). Cram all that delicious mental health goodness into the one day and then use technology to help you translate those learnings to everyday habits.

For those that have already done the core program, there are now masterclasses in which we dig further into some of the key topics covered in the main program. Scale up your wellbeing skills to ‘advanced’ with these focused skill workshops.
Two Masterclasses are currently available.
Friday 22nd October – Psychological Flexibility – 10am to 11am
Thursday 25th November – Self compassion – 12pm to 1pm
