The Be Well Plan is a mental health and wellbeing program designed to teach you what kinds of activities improve mental health and wellbeing and how to get them embedded into your everyday life.

This post is to let you know that the program is only running once more this year! Egad! 😲
The final Be Well Plan at Flinders for 2022 is a 1 x 6 hour version (runs from 9-3) and is running on the 21st October at the Oasis Community Centre.
RSVPing is as simple as sending me an email (gareth.furber@flinders.edu.au) from your Flinders address and letting me know you’d like to take part.
We’ve already got a bunch of people attending but there is definitely room for more.
This session might be a good one for those of you who have completed the Student Wellbeing Survey and are contemplating what steps you could take to invest more in your mental health.
Or maybe you just want to take a day out of the rush of assignments and exams and focus on some practical self-care.
It is also worth noting that whilst I have delivered the multi-session version of the program quite a few times and feel comfortable with it, this will be my first time delivering the 6 hour version. So you might just want to show up to see me crash and burn!! 😂
