Come hang out with me online on the evening of Tuesday 9th May

On Tuesday 9th May I am hosting an online evening session on wellbeing. All Flinders staff and students welcome.

To celebrate Wellbeing Week from the 8th to the 12th May (see here and here), I’m delivering a Be Well Taster session on the 9th May, online at 6pm.

You can RSVP via this Eventbrite site. You can learn more about the evening here.

Brief version – Come hang out with me and get an insight into what modern mental health and wellbeing programs offer.

It is a low-pressure event. No homework or things you have to do. Just a chance to learn about some quirks of the mind and how we can address them.

What will I cover?

  • modern definitions of mental health and wellbeing
  • mindsets
  • resilience
  • mindfulness
  • coping with mistakes
  • self-compassion
  • finding meaning in life

You can even have your camera off and stuff dinner in your face 😂

Would love to see you there and happy to answer any wellbeing questions you might have on the night.
