Many students use their time at university to equip themselves with skills, other than those in their degree.

This can be done through programs like Horizon or participating in various clubs and societies.

The idea is that you leave university with the tools of your trade PLUS other valuable life skills that help in the transition to the next stage of your life.

Nowadays, the importance of self-care and wellbeing skills is more widely recognized than ever before, as people seek to prioritize their health and happiness in a fast-paced and often stressful world.
