More Strategies for Staying Well Course – iEnrol (flinders.edu.au)

In a research career you can get worn down by the isolation, the setbacks and the uncertainty. If you want to stay well and get things done, don’t leave it to chance. You need to look after yourself. And you need some strategies for getting things done.

In this workshop we’ll discuss:

  • Thinking strategies
  • The imposter syndrome and self-doubts
  • Supporting yourself
  • Saying NO
  • Dealing with guilt
  • Coping with setbacks
  • Mindsets
  • Actions you can take

This will be a hybrid session. You can join us in person at Alere Function Centre, L2, Student Hub or online via zoom for an interactive online experience.

If you have any questions, please email researcherpd.rds@flinders.edu.au.
