Nature Based Wellbeing opportunities via Botanic Gardens

Damn, nature, you fine!

Despite the fact that I love gardening, I spend very little time at the various Botanic Gardens that Adelaide has to offer. That is my bad.

But don’t be me. Get along and see what they’ve got.

It isn’t just the gardens themselves that are on show. Botanic Gardens SA put on a range of events, exhibitions and plant sales throughout the year.

In their most recent newsletter, I noticed they are promoting wellbeing specific events. I thought it relevant to share.
