Despite the fact that I love gardening, I spend very little time at the various Botanic Gardens that Adelaide has to offer. That is my bad.
But don’t be me. Get along and see what they’ve got.
It isn’t just the gardens themselves that are on show. Botanic Gardens SA put on a range of events, exhibitions and plant sales throughout the year.
In their most recent newsletter, I noticed they are promoting wellbeing specific events. I thought it relevant to share.
These events are designed to help you connect with nature, reduce stress, and improve your overall mental health. Check out the following activities and events that you can participate in:
Introduction to Nature Journaling
Date & Time: Saturday August 17th – 10am to 1pm
Description: Explore the therapeutic practice of nature journaling. Learn how to observe and document the natural world around you, enhancing mindfulness and creativity.

Botanical Balms and Oils
