Chris and Sarah just let me know that after a year of face-to-face programs, they will be running an online version of the Mindfulness for Academic Success program starting October 2nd!

DETAILS
Mindfulness means being present and engaged in each moment of our lives. It’s a skill anyone can learn, and research shows it can boost wellbeing and academic performance. This innovative program, run by Chris and colleagues from the Flinders Counselling Service, consists of five 60-minute sessions over five weeks.
You will learn how mindfulness can help you to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve focus
- Stop procrastinating
- Communicate more effectively
- Study and work more efficiently—and with more enjoyment!

FACE-TO-FACE PROGRAM 👨🏫
- WHEN: Fridays, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, from September 27th to October 25th

This face-to-face program prioritizes first-year medicine students, but all students are welcome to apply!
