I’m presenting this weeks’ Life Hacks session – come along!


Come join me for this week’s Life Hacks session. I’ll be talking all things stress management and procrastination.


Life Hacks is a great weekly drop-in session run by counsellor Chris.

The sessions are casual, weekly gatherings, designed to equip students with practical, evidence-based strategies for improving wellbeing, productivity, and study skills—all in a friendly environment with free tea and coffee. No bookings required; just drop in!

Chris is away at the moment, so I will be hosting the next session. It is Wednesday 2nd April from 2pm to 3pm at the Oasis Student Wellbeing Centre.

Pop that in your diaries and come along and say hi.

I’ll be talking all things managing stress and anxiety, with a side order of tackling procrastination.
