If you are over 17 and feeling “meh,” you can participate in a one-week online program, developed by a Flinders PhD student Elli, to improve your well-being and receive a $20 eGiftcard for your feedback. The program starts 7-13 July 2025! Complete a short eligibility survey (scan QR code below) to express interest.
Life can feel overwhelming, can’t it? Balancing studies, careers, finances, parenting, relationships, and health often leaves little time to focus on you. And with so much advice out there—stress less, sleep more, eat better, exercise, be optimistic—it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure of where to start.
You’re not alone!
Over 5 million Australians report less than optimal wellbeing (van Agteren & Iasiello, 2025).
But here’s the good news: Wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. The latest research shows that living well is unique to you. While general tips and strategies help, it could be useful to consider what your top priorities are for living well and act on them in a way that fits into your daily life.
Introducing the Live Well Your Way Program
