Mindfulness for Academic Success – Social Work Stream but Everyone Invited

Designed with social work students in mind—but open to all—this special Mindfulness for Academic Success stream helps you manage stress, procrastination, and placement with practical tools for study and life.

Mindfulness for Academic Success – Social Work Stream

Social work students, we’ve got you covered! A special edition of Mindfulness for Academic Success is running at a dedicated time to support BSW and MSW students – but it’s open to everyone.

This free, evidence-based 5-week program helps you reduce stress, improve focus, manage time, and navigate your studies with greater ease. You’ll learn practical mindfulness skills you can apply to study, placement, and life.

🗓️ Fridays 12:30–1:30 PM
📍 F2F – Room 235 Social Sciences North
📅 July 25 to August 22, 2025

Each session includes guided meditations, helpful tools for managing procrastination, and space for shared reflection – especially helpful for those balancing uni and fieldwork.

This stream runs at a time chosen to suit social work students—but again, all Flinders students are welcome.
