Final Mental Health First Aid trainings for 2025


Want to gain the confidence to help someone in a mental health crisis?


Flinders University is offering free, accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to all current students. You’ll learn how to recognise and respond to mental health issues like anxiety, depression, psychosis and substance use, and be better equipped to help someone until they get professional help.

  • Full attendance required to receive accreditation (all parts of the workshop + eLearning if blended)
