What’s in store?
- Five weekly 1-hour sessions, led by Counsellor Chris
- Topics like stress & anxiety, focus, procrastination, and self-compassion.
- Guided meditations & real-life strategies and tools you can use now!
- A group of your fellow students going through the same thing, so you’re not solo in this.
When & how?
- Online (open to all) – Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 am, for 5 weeks, starting Week 9 (8 Oct)
- Completely virtual via Teams. So whether you’re at home, in the library, or somewhere comfy—totally doable.
