Tiny Habits for positivity and wellness

Those who have heard me talk on habit formation and wellbeing might be aware that I am a fan of the Tiny Habits model, developed by Stanford researchers BJ Fogg.

Since the start of the Coronavirus epidemic, Fogg and his team have been recording training sessions on using the Tiny Habits method for varied different desired outcomes.

These include: family and relationships, health and hygiene, positivity and wellness, productivity and work and more.

I’ve linked below to the collected Positivity and Wellness training sessions – all accessible for free. Topics covered include lockdown habits, wellbeing, optimism, purpose, mindfulness, resilience, gratitude, managing uncertainty, focus, stress and anxiety, self-preservation, social, unhelpful thoughts and staying calm.

Hope you find something useful 🙂
